Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final once the product has been delivered. Because digital goods are instantly accessible upon delivery, we generally do not offer refunds.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of store in the following circumstances:
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
- The product is significantly different from its description
- Duplicate charges occurred
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact store with your order details within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.
